Thank you for allowing me to have a late checkout on that date, I appreciate that very much.
Also I would like to let you know how much I enjoyed staying in the apartment. It is a great central location and rue montorgueil is such a special market strip that I will miss very much. The apartment has a nice layout and was very cosy, but never felt small. The separate bathroom and kitchen had heaps of room. I was a bit nervous about coming to Paris on my own but you and your staff made everything feel very easy and welcoming. I will recommend your service to anyone travelling to Paris,
Many thanks

The apartment is very well located, on a quiet street, yet close to everything you may need. Small but very cozy, confortable and functional... it was perfect for our family! Great communication with the hosts. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to feel the heart of Paris!

Let's get the minor issues out first: futon-like mattress on bed, no electrical outlet in bathroom, three floor walk-up. Now for the good stuff: first and foremost, the location is one-half block from the Rue Montorgueil shopping street, an amazing street that has moved to the top of my list of great shopping streets in Paris. Everything is there; cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, meat & cheese specialty shops, bakeries, clothing, etc., everything you would expect to find on a good market street. The apartment itself is clean and stocked; a big advantage being a washer in the kitchen. A lavarie to dry your clothes is only two blocks away. I can't say enough good things about the staff and organization of Paris Furnished Apartments. My rental was for one month. Always responsive and even there on Saturdays at their office when I needed something. The price included everything including rental fee and insurance. All done by credit card; no money changing hands. An extremely smooth transaction. I highly recommend them!

Brilliant pizza place next door and local bars buzzing 50 metres away. Location excellent. Welcome very good. Facilities just as we'd requested.

Location was great, but note that it's in a pedestrian only area -- so cabs can only take you within 1 block. But the block is spectacular: restaurants, creperie, easy metro access, etc. We had an 18-mo old, so the 4 story walk up was hard. Without kids, it would have totally fine. Also, PFa provided a pack n play, anticipating our request, giving us useful tips, and providing great service. They were great all the way around! We used PFa a few years ago, and the francophone service was terrible -- even for French speakers like us. They now have anglophone reps who are service oriented and super helpful. Great move on their part!
